Being in the Strata Insurance industry as an Underwriter my role encompasses a wide range of duties and responsibilities with a very strong focus on client service and product knowledge.When I graduated high school I wanted to be a registered nurse. I started at Spokane Community College taking all my pre-requisite classes that are required for nursing school. While in college I was working in the banking industry as a teller which I had a great passion for. I enjoyed my daily tasks and most importantly the customer service. Building a client base relationship with those I spoke with and saw on a weekly basis was very rewarding. My life changed in 2012 when I decided to take a year off from school and work full time. Within 3 months of making that decision, I met my husband and my heart was set on moving to Australia.Although I continue to miss my small town, I am very fortunate to have landed a life in Australia where my career has taken a positive turn into the insurance industry. I work with an outstanding team in Strata Insurance for a company that goes above and beyond for their employees. Being able to say I enjoy my career and love what I do is so rewarding and also comforting knowing that I have found my feet with QUS Pty Ltd.When I am not working, I spend my time with my beautiful children and husband enjoying the Australian life style!
