Lead Service Administrator
Current• Provide service coordination, administration, dispatch and billing in a high volume, multi-tasking work environment. Coordinate 20+ service technicians for the territory covering New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania.• Consistently attain and exceed monthly earning projections. Promoted to Senior Service Coordinator within 60 days.• Support sales, collections, finance, parts, warranty claims, generate detailed and complex quotes, invoice for service jobs in an accurate and timely manner, including entering material requisitions, reviewing files, and entering service summaries.• Established controls to ensure good customer service principles are followed and ‘checks and balances’ are in place.• Handle multiple ‘MVP’ accounts; act as first point of contact for all scheduling, billing, acquisition of new sites, and proactively and quickly solve all issues.
