As President of Delta Zeta at Ball State University, I led a chapter of over seventy members, ensuring the organization's operations ran smoothly while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. My duties included overseeing the executive board, managing chapter meetings, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance member engagement and community involvement. I collaborated with university officials and national organization representatives to uphold our chapter's standards and values. Additionally, I co-led recruitment efforts, coordinated philanthropic events, and facilitated leadership development opportunities for members. My time as President was highlighted by receiving the 2023 SOAR Award for President of the Year, an honor given by the Office of Student Life and the Student Organization Awards Selection Committee at Ball State University.
