Specialize in high school teacher and instructional roles, College Team positions, all Brooklyn school-based operational roles, and Dean of Students hiring.• Champion Uncommon Schools’ mission to bridge the opportunity gap for low-income black and brown students, ensuring alignment with candidates.• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including hiring managers, HR partners, and recruitment team.• Conduct thorough candidate assessments through application review and screening, engaging with strong candidates whose experience aligns with role requirements and our school ethos.• Develop and enhance dashboards to effectively communicate candidate pipelines to stakeholders and hiring managers.• Organize individual candidate interviews and coordinate diverse hiring events and recruitment days.• Collaborate regionally, and cross-regionally with Uncommon Schools recruiters to systemize recruitment processes.• Uphold data accuracy across all recruitment systems, analyzing trends in real-time to propose updates to outreach and selection strategies as necessary.• Utilize ATS software to manage candidate applications, track recruitment metrics, and streamline the hiring process.• Adapt to changing priorities, evolving recruitment needs, and new technologies in the field.
