Designed a campaign plan for students to implement after the Paris Climate Talks, which called on CSU’s administration to commit to using 100% renewable energy by 2030. After 1 year of organizing, the studentssucceeded and the university’s President pledged to take bold action to meet this goal.

Tended a seven acre farm, grew and harvested produce and herbs, and maintained our small orchard. Specialized in medicinal and culinary herbs as well as product development and production. Managed the "Herb Crew," a sub-business of the garden that supported a staff of between 5-8 employees. Maintained finances and records, facilitated weekly crew meetings, trained employees, managed shifts, and created weekly workplans for the Herb Crew. Designed and implemented seeding and harvest plans. Helped coordinate the summer farmer’s market and CSA preparation. Organized large annual sale, where artisans could sell their locally sourced, sustainable products to Asheville community.
