Through the Co-op program at UML, I accepted a position as a co-op for Pennichuck for 6 months. I continued my employment at Pennichuck as part time while I completed my last semester at UML.

-Assembled food orders while maintaining appropriate portion control-Verified that prepared food met all standards for quality and quantity-Started preparation of food for the next shift-Occasionally worked as cashier and handled payment for customer orders.

-Rung out customers while handling the payment-Stocked the shelves with product and kept the store neat.

-Counted the cash register at the end of the day, recorded the amounts, and put the money into a safe. -Took orders over the phone and in person, sent orders to cooks, -Maintained cleanliness of dining area, dishes, equipment, floor, etc.-Trained 3 new employees
