This role forms part of the program development team. I lead a team of sales professionals in starting new chapters. Additionally, this position will be building and developing the team as we continue to grow. Responsibilities:● Maintain national Program Development staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees● Lead team to achieve results by counseling and coaching employees - planning,monitoring, and appraising job results● Manage budget and P&L● Develop plans to acquire new chapters through relationship development and networking at industry conferences● Analyze sales results to help develop new marketing strategies● Create efficiencies for team utilizing technology● Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of program efforts● Work collaboratively with marketing to develop and enhance materials

Work with college administrators, primarily in student activities and career development, to tailor the Society's leadership programming to best serve their campus.
