Currently work in the Field Dispatch department of Metropolitan Utilities District. Provided exceptional customer service skills to customers with gas and water emergencies by phone creating orders via SAP program. Leaving detailed instructions and prompts to technicians and customers to ensure their safety through the emergency procedure.Incorporated teamwork skills with my MUD Dispatch team to effectively and time efficiently send technicians to properties. All while in contact with the Omaha Police Department when we have high risk gas main and water main emergencies.

I proactively educate new member customers at PayPal on how to actively use there accounts. I have spoken to thousands of customers and have built loyal trusting relationships with my customers where they leave the phone with a long lasting impression of PayPal. As well as design and create futuristic emails for my teammates about the trends of PayPal and the "What Nows" of our company to keep my teammates in the loop. For my team as well as customers, I am the go-to girl with all the answers and smile to leave you with a good day.

While attending Mizzou, I created social media tactics to promote events and updates about the Volleyball Team progress in the SEC. Generated ideas for Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram to gain more loyal fans to our already roaring university. My strengths with the team were designing unique recruitment material for future volleyball tigers to persuade them that Mizzou was the place for them. I also created vouchers and Facebook promo ads to gain student awareness in supporting our tigers.

I coordinated all the communications for Griffith Leaders at the University of Missouri through email, Facebook, and Twitter to ensure our leaders of upcoming events and reminders. As well as attended quarterly meetings with student feedback as to how to enhance our strong organizations to build strong leaders at Mizzou with former alumni.

I interacted with multiple students inclassrooms and lectures halls about the Outreach Teams mission and tutoring opportunities on Mizzou's campus. As well as conducted and created PowerPoint presentations for classes and individuals seeking tutoring help to ensure we build a higher retention rate at Mizzou.

I guided and instructed students and family on financial planning for their college career. Actively taking tests and trainings with FERPA and FAFSA to ensure our students felt Mizzou was the right place for them to begin their future. As well as trained new student workers on using financial softwares and customer service etiquette.

Actively educated customers on the scents and promotions Bath and Body Works had to offer. Greeted and marketed items to multiple customers at once, leaving them with a long lasting impression of our customer service. By suggesting the best products for their needs, as well as make sure they get the best deals possible, and keep them aware of our up and coming products.
