Camp Kehilla is a full day, seven week summer program for children and teens with special needs.I am responsible for the welfare of each individual in the camp. I manage the day-to-day activities, transitions and field trips of groups, maintain effective communication with parents and handle behavioral situations as they arise, utilizing established camp-wide behavioral management protocols. I also monitor staff/camper interactions and intervene appropriately should the counselors need assistance or guidance in his or her duties.
