My passion stems from the belief that HR professionals play a vital role in ensuring employees feel supported and valued within their organization. My goal every day is to create a space where every employee feels comfortable and proud to bring their authentic self to work. Through my involvement in the employee onboarding experience I am able to understand what is working well and where we can do better. Additionally, through my involvement in application of policy I'm able to ensure all employees are being treated equitably while allowing for flexibility where it matters most.  I am also an animal rescue advocate and fitness enthusiast. As an avid rock climber I can often be found bouldering across the lower mainland, or partaking in group fitness classes. I love the feeling of community that comes with these activities and am continuously trying new activities that make fitness fun.
