Current- Uses Quickbooks to record all bank activity, payroll, accruals, journal entries, invoices and any financial activity during a financial year.
- Generates financial reports and reviews General Ledger activity for accuracy and completeness.
- Files sales tax returns and submits sales tax payments.
- Leads colleagues for filing 1099-MISC and 1042-S each year.
- Works with tax managers, partners, clients, vendors and other bookkeepers.
- Performs monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
