Before starting Hello Grey, Marissa was a Global Recruitment Leader at Gensler, the largest Architecture and Design firm in the world. She was hired in 2018 to build the company's first digital experience design team which is now over 100 people across 9 offices, world-wide. She also worked closely with Gensler's strategic leadership committee to hire global practice area leaders ranging from mission critical to urban planning and sciences. Marissa also held senior positions at top agencies like Huge, AKQA and Critical Mass. She collaborated closely with senior leaders to build teams for companies like Airbnb, Apple, Google and McDonalds.
