As a Junior Account Executive, I leverage relationships with brand partners to maintain a steady sales pipeline to reach annual quota and contribute to overall company revenue goals. Management of new and repeat clients allowed for further collaboration between partners to strengthen the strategy work put on by my campaign teams. My role as a Sales Coordinator was a pivotal stepping stone to learn more about the sales process at Influential to grow into a selling position. My initial role handled identifying and sourcing influencer talent for clients across all verticals based on alignment with client’s target audience and brand values. All sourcing was based on data systems reflected in the work that I presented and executed. While working under multiple team members on the sales team, I learned a variety of sales styles and solutions for influencer marketing strategies. I later shifted to work directly under a top-performing sales member to help manage a portfolio of 35+ actively buying brand partners. Under her guidance, I helped to track, analyze and organize campaign status while keep reporting organized for delivery of end-of-year, mid-year and quarterly performance reports. My responsibilities also included note-taking to assist with briefing internal team on external client goals and campaign information.

Working directly under ARO Swim's CEO, I built out and managed the email marketing strategy that lead to an increase in sales and site traffic. In addition I built out a reporting system that helped to detail the success of marketing efforts. During my time at ARO, I helped launch the brand's TikTok presence through content creation, strategy, and community engagement.Other skills I learned while at ARO include: Shopify management, wholesale distribution, product quality management, and design collaboration.

My main project while at Poosh was to assist with quarterly gifting opportunities. These gifting opportunities partnered with 25+ brands, required assembly focused on product placement, tracking of influencer post and impression reach, content creation for associated online articles, and post-campaign recap compilation. Given the celebrity level and mega talent on these campaigns, I dealt with a highly visible brand moment garnering upwards of 1B+ impressions.Other projects included running competitive analysis to assist the sales team with outreach and prospecting. As the most senior intern, I led onboarding of new interns and helped to recruit strong candidates.

During my time at the Mayfair Group, I developed many skills relating to the overall digital marketing experience. Students had their learning experience supplemented by additional one on one time. As a volunteer, I would work with teachers to create lesson plans based on the students current needs. To foster a love for learning, lesson plans were creative and engaging to create a positive connection with school and learning.

Through the WordsCats MathCats program, I volunteered in a local Tucson middle school to help students improve in English and Math. Dedicated support allowed the students to ask questions and get further clarity on complex classroom lessons with the goal of improving overall classroom performance.
