This role brought new daily challenges, including managing two direct reports and partnering with a network of international in-house attorneys. We navigated a spectrum of global corporate and employee matters, including mergers and acquisitions diligence; deal negotiation and integration; as well as employee and labor relations; investigations; immigration and global mobility; benefits and executive compensation; leave and disability accommodation; reductions in force; wage and hour concerns; and restrictive covenant enforcement and defense. Reporting to the General Counsel with dotted line responsibility to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), I had a unique vantage point. I provided strategic advice and counsel to executive leaders and Hr teams.
