Direct, supervise, and provide the resources necessary to ensure the successful production and operation of facility-based contracts, community-based worksites, and social enterprises. Direct Production employees and functions as the primary contact for the Program Director, Assistant Program Directors, Program Plan Coordinators, and Direct Support Professionals (hereinafter, Program Team); Administrative staff; and all applicable business customers. I oversee the integrity, quality, and timeliness of all facility-based, off-site crew, and social enterprise work contracts. As a direct contact to the Support Service Coordinators, Support Service Staff, and all client workers, business customers, and delivery personnel, I create effective production schedules and maintain relationships with all parties. In addition, I am responsible for oversight of all applicable regulatory measures, billing and payroll systems, as well as advising and contributing to the work procurement process.

I am responsible for the management, support and customer service necessary to ensure the successful completion of Merrick's Social Enterprise Operations; Merrick Paper Products, Merrick Plastic Recycling and, Merrick Document Destruction Services. I also work as a direct contact to the Program team and all related delivery personnel, and responsible to ensure that assigned operations are completed to meet contract requirements.
