About Marissa L. Henry

As an eighth-year associate and member of Sidley's Investment Funds group, my practice focuses on the structuring, operation and offerings of private funds, including hedge funds and funds of funds. I also advise investment managers in regulatory, compliance and transactional matters. In addition, I have experience representing institutional investors in connection with their investments in private funds, including hedge funds and private equity funds. Sidley’s Investment Funds group provides top-tier service to all aspects of the private funds industry. Chambers USA awarded the group top band rankings in hedge funds every year since 2008.
