• Built strategy for Discover's $36M fund that will invest in early stage startups building financial health solutions; collaborated with bank executives, including the bank’s president, to screen and select fund managers; created robust pipeline of 200+ startups• Oversaw portfolio of 59 early stage fintech startups, including portfolio valuation and financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders• Served as a key team member of the accelerator selection committee, selecting 6 early stage fintech startups for the 2022 cohort; increased founder diversity to 67% female founders and 33% founders of color• Redesigned impact metrics dashboard for three departments to be more user friendly and worked closely with the Innovation team to improve the process of collecting, analyzing, and sharing impact metrics data both internally and externally• Advised C-level team members on investment strategy for both new investments and follow-on investments, including a portfolio company that recently IPO’d
