Marissa is aligned to Accenture’s Metaverse Group with over 11 years of experience working across industries. Her current focus is supporting clients in developing their metaverse, web 3, and technology strategies with a keen focus on XR brand experiences. She has experience in technical architecture design, proof-of-concept implementation, multi-channel marketing, customer experience, social media, project management, system development and implementation, change management, campaign management (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), data reporting and analytics, and content management. She has worked on engagements in financial services, telecommunications, retail, entertainment, non-profits and pharmaceuticals. Marissa has successfully led global project teams. She holds a BS in Marketing and a certificate in Women and Gender Studies from Rutgers University. She enjoys traveling, photography, playing sports, and spending time with family and friends. She is a Triathlete - where she enjoys swimming, biking, and running competitively. She enjoys learning new things as well as challenging herself to different activities and concepts. She is a champion of Inclusion and Diversity in which she has led the Hispanic American resource group at Accenture as well as leads activities on her client account to promote I&D efforts and initiatives.
