As a Graduate Assistant for the Center for Free Enterprise and Entrepreneurship (CFEE), I worked under Justin Heacock (the director of the CFEE and our Entrepreneur in Residence) to establish a new direction for the Center, where I learned and executed agile project management, lean startup, and design thinking skills. I supported the founding of the CFEE through the creation of marketing and operational standards, utilizing agile project management techniques to ensure success.I executed physical, social, and digital campaigns for the School of Business, leveraging various stakeholder interests.I utilized hypothesis testing and market research to ensure the operational excellence of the Center, resulting in the establishment of standard procedures, identity, and brand.

As an Operations Associate, I worked with and for the rare disease community. I assisted in processing and structuring medical records for both patients and research specialists to use. AllStripes employs a de-identification process to remove identifying information from the data for use with new research, distinguishing important symptoms that may require further attention, and accelerating the development of treatments. I feel immensely rewarded in my work with AllStripes, knowing the legitimate impact I have had on both the medical field and on the lives of so many individuals.
