Taking my storytelling, proofreading, and management skills to new heights, I oversee content support & quality control for bmp's Post team in service of social video production for Netflix.In this role, I:- Lead the Content Support team in fielding requests and assigning projects- Maintain access to and message out key series/film title package requests to the entire bmp staff- QC / proofread social subtitles to ensure best practices and brand consistency are adhered to across all videos- Develop and maintain subtitling documentation + train bmp staff on best practices- Work with Design and Post to create and maintain title safe guides across all social channels

In my role at Tongal, I was responsible for attracting and supporting our community of filmmakers, writers, and animators. Some of my accomplishments include:- Leading our internal blog editorial and social media teams to execute against a monthly content calendar- Generating and implementing digital marketing initiatives across several channels to raise awareness for our brand with multiple key user personas- Producing community-focused projects that put creators to work in supporting Tongal's content needs with blog posts, videos, and social content- Developing new marketing materials (one-sheets, postcards, digital marketing image assets, stickers, production templates, etc.)- Managing multiple partnerships to support our creators in their work

When I started at OVC, there were no sales or ad units. Within the first two months of managing content on a part-time basis, I facilitated our first sale. Within a year, the organization was profitable enough that I could focus on it full-time. During the years spent at OVC, traffic grew 3000% through my efforts to attract and sustain an engaged audience of creators. Responsibilities included:- Scouring the Internet for great video contests and updating the site near-daily. - Working with companies large and small to help make their contests a success by increasing awareness and submissions.- Working with OVC creators to help promote their work.- Running the company's social networking pages (Facebook, Twitter, blog, etc).- Brainstorming and implementing new user features to improve the user experience.- Producing, hosting, and editing weekly YouTube videos about the best new contests
