As the Internal Marketing Department's Graphic Designer, I'm responsible for ensuring that all branded visual pieces seen externally for our three digital marketing agency companies are all following their brand guidelines and standards. The key functions of my role are quality control and the creation of all internal designs for social media posts, printed collateral, internal website assets, etc. Filming, video editing, and light Wordpress development are frequently required for my position. I take direction from the the Director of Marketing on a day to day basis as well as the Art Director for brand direction, mentorship and skills training. I'm responsible for managing my own schedule and utilize millstones and communication skills to effectively and efficiently coordinate projects between other department members. I also have experience with some project management, proven communication skills briefing other departments on projects, and assisted in training new hires for our department.
