I received the opportunity to work for a for profit organization for the San Francisco Giants and Baseball Camps coaching kids of ages 5-12 years old. We were able to take a tour of the stadium along with meeting the San Francisco Giants payers once a week. As a division leader, I learned to manage and create my own baseball stations working with kids of all different ages to interact with them and fulfill the expectations they had about attending this summer camp.
