Each program is strategically designed to deliver sustainable cost-effective oral health care and support the missions of local community organizations.-In collaboration with community partners, develop project timelines, budgets, outreach goals, as well as identify and procure materials required for location-specific population needs.-Initiated the creation of and currently manage the ‘Outreach Manual’, a centralized database with standard operating procedres/best practices for finances, program logistics, program reports, etc. -Draft, compile, finalize, and disseminate oral health program reports for local partners, local governments, and donors including project-specific literature reviews, program evaluations, narrative accounts, caries (cavity) data, financial/budgetary summaries, and action-plan recommendations for future interventions and sustainability efforts. -Obtain legal and regulatory permissions to conduct dental care in nontraditional settings in the U.S. and abroad. This includes collaboration with local, state, and country-level departments of health/ministries of health for permissions to operate a clinic, personnel permissions to provide dental care at varying levels of professional licensure, customs approval for temporary import of 4,000+ specialty dental materials, and visa approvals for participants. -Research and present program-specific health data, country-level policies, oral health in host communities etc. for outreach participants.
