Worked full time looking after the Express Travel Group, Consolidated Travel, Wholesale and VFR market. Key responsibilities was to maintain and grow SQ market share by putting business plans in place to increase sales.

I currently look after Brisbane Area, Northern Suburbs, Sunshine Coast and North Queensland (excluding Cairns and Townsville). My role is to maintain and build rapport with agents whilst increasing revenue by conducting training, informing agents of current specials and incentives

This position was part time,three days per week. My role consisted of responding to client and agent queries, providing quotations, making reservations with relevant hotels/ground operators and answering phones. I also assisted in the release of the current brochure.

My role at Royal Brunei Airlines as a Senior Sales Executive was to build rapport with agents, promote and inform agents of specials and incentives, conduct famil trips and training. I also assisted in reporting, fare proposalsj and marketing.
