Senior Client Success Specialist Ii, Enterprise
Assist new clients with their account set-up; make suggestions as an industry specialist, thoroughly explain core services, and give an overall great first impression. Manage brand new and existing client accounts, ensuring campaigns are hitting their strategic targets. Monitor and manage employer content & recruitment advertising campaigns including job management, display advertising, and profile branding to ensure consistent product performance and delivery. Collaborate with Product, Operations, Search Quality and Aggregation teams to troubleshoot problems, improve processes, and ensure client satisfaction by providing client feedback to internal partners and translating their business needs into client solutions. Partner closely with the Enterprise Sales team throughout the customer lifecycle to prevent churn and ensure revenue retention and renewals. Manage and strengthen primary client relationships from executive C and B-level to specific account teams including media planners, buyers, heads of Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and Recruiters.
