With a winning combination of face-to-face as well as telecommute quality, leadership, and customer service experience my goal is to grow and establish myself within a company while making awesome and worthwhile contributions to the company’s productivity and customer rapport. My expertise is extremely effective time management especially when paired with a fast-paced work environment in support of team members. Due to this I’ve been frequently selected for company-wide projects with ever changing timelines. One of my favorite projects to work on was leading positive change in regards to a company-wide update of our quality call auditing guide. I’ve always been excited to learn something new while working alongside doctors, nurses, and patients whether it was learning about the names for generic verses name brand medications, or quickly researching and explaining the difference between PM&R and physical therapy to a patient. At a young age I’ve been routinely exposed to medical terminology and interested in human anatomy. My mother would take me along when going to work in hospitals and dialysis clinics and I took Emergency Medical Services classes at Hillyard Technical School. I look forward to any available quality or leadership based roles that may be available remotely or in the Kansas City area. Thank you so much for your time and consideration.
