I am a part of a team of doctors and therapists that are changing the world one person at a time. At NWI we offer personalized and innovative treatments for neurological, mental, and physical health conditions. Using a combination of Neurofeedback, Functional Neurology, and Chiropractics; we diagnose, treat, and rehabilitate patients. Those who have not had success with conventional medicine have huge success with NWI's methods which analyze eye movements, Proprioception, and Vestibular systems; demonstrating the incredible world of Neuroplasticity. Our treatments avoid pharmaceuticals and use the integration of highly technical diagnostics with non-invasive therapies offering our patients health and hope.

I simply love to run. Waking before dawn and running all day to my self-prepared food and water stops is the highlight of my weekend. I have had the opportunity to represent brands such as Squirrel’s Nut Butter, Tailwind, and 361’ as a part of The Ornery Mule Racing team. With Ornery Mule Racing, where kindness is a cornerstone, I market and endorse multiple brands by hosting booths at expos, test and model shoes and apparel for consumer publications, and have earned multiple sponsorships. I have had the privilege of racing many ultras such as The Hennepin 100, Javelina Jundred, World’s End 100K, Montera Coastal Races, achieving a course record at the North Country Trail Race, and others. I continually attempt impossible goals. Sometimes I do not accomplish them, sometimes I do; but I always learn more about myself. I am humbled to be a part of the unique community of ultrarunners. Whether I am pacing, repping, coaching, or volunteering, I hope that my presence can energize, encourage, and support those around me.

I Identified a gap in the running apparel market and created my own small business from the ground up. I single-handedly researched, designed, sourced, marketed, handled customer service and sold a new running belt that also converts to a hydration belt. I worked directly with international manufacturers, photographers and retailers to bring new products to market for aspiring runners.

I work with young athletes to inspire body confidence and a love of sport. I often also acted as the liaison between management and customers. I continue to substitute and assist as needed.
