Inventory Accuracy & Availability: Plan, implement, resolve and summarize 3PL vender inventory book-to-book and physical audits. Monitor and reconcile late in-transits, execute inventory returns, track and resolve mis-shipments, investigate root causes of inventory errors, and ensure damaged product is repaired.Distribution Network Performance Management: Troubleshoot facility and inventory issues for fast resolution. Lead facility review meetings. Track key performance metrics for 3PL’s including on-time shipment performance, customer complaints, mis-shipments, export bookings, throughput volume, and inventory accuracy. Work with 3PL logistic providers and other MWV supply chain functions to improve daily processes and network performance.Financial Management: Monitor all costs associated with assigned 3PL's and seek opportunities to minimize costs. Review and approve all vendor invoices.Complaint Resolution: Ensue that all complaints are reviewed and answered with 20 days.Facility Management and Integrity: Conduct audits of new and existing warehouse and converter physical plants. Assist in facility start-ups and closures. Provide training to assigned facilities in the functioning of MWV inventory systems.Policy Enforcement: Ensure all facilities are trained and follow MWV product inspection and damage reporting policies. Enforce all 3PL warehouse agreements. Follow ISO 9002 program guidelines and policy. Provide input for all MWV internal and external audits as requested.Group Management: Provide coverage for other Warehouse Leads in their absence.
