Currently a proud part of the project management team for the volunteerism of the future in the Norwegian Red Cross. We are finding new ways for the organization to support all volunteers in Norway .Previously as a HR business partner Emergency Response at Norwegian Red Cross, I support the humanitarian operations and staff in complex and volatile contexts. I have a master's degree in International and Comparative Education from University of Oslo, and two bachelor's degrees in Education and African Studies from Norwegian University of Science and Technology. I am also experience with GDPR and certified in PRINCE2, which demonstrate my skills in data protection and project management. Before joining the Emergency Response team, I was a human resources coordinator and a project manager at Norwegian Red Cross, where I handled the administration and coordination of the international HR and led a GDPR project. With over seven years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I am passionate about promoting human dignity, diversity, and inclusion in the humanitarian field. My core competencies include strategic HR, intercultural communication, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management.
