She is currently involved in a digital product team as a Senior User Experience/User Interface Designer. The agile team for the product used in Japan and abroad includes multi-national/multi-functional members such as engineers (dev/QA), product owners, customer success, marketing, etc. Not only she designs interfaces by herself, she also gives OJT trainings to a junior-level designer in the team throughout the project. She also led creating design guides using Figma, to make continuous development more easily. Involved in the project since the beginning, facilitated the Sprint 0 workshop to build proto personas, user story maps, visual design concept, etc. Continues to dedicate to the team until now, works closely with developers and releasing new features every week.Before that, she was involved in projects like GPS-based mobile app, e-commerce mobile app, etc.

Research and report about global design industry trends. Using her English and translation skills, she helps organize conferences with guests from overseas and proofreads book translations.

Co-founder of "Hub Japan" (https://hubjapan.io/) - a platform for travelers who come to Japan and want to connect with local Japanese people. In charge of the whole experience and the user interface of the service. Hub Japan gained media attentions such as Nikkei, “news every” by NTV, British publishing company and a number of internet news. Also dedicated to client work as a UX designer, UX researcher, translator/interpreter (English, Japanese), and web/mobile UI designer.

Involved in agile projects as a project manager and UX/Web designer. She contributed to increase the number of page views more than twice in a year. As the only design role in the company, she was responsible for the design of most of the prototypes produced in the company.
