I have focused on innovations and new ways of working to generate outcomes for industries ranging from Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Retail, Resources and Financial Services. Leading business expansion across Asia has honed my "start up" skills and further heightened my interest in boosting team capabilities for growth and sustainability. I've grown sustainable teams from 1 to 10's to 100's and beyond, creating a strong connections and a sense of belonging.
