This project is about harmonizing a solution that will apply across 3 countries (Malaysia, Philippines and Malaysia) covering various business units (Cement, Aggregates, Concrete and Trading) for their SFDC Sales and Service Cloud solution.Assigned as a project manager for a 3 month engagement to deliver the remaining deliverables of the project. This engagement also covers managing all project stakeholders of 3 different countries and the project team covering SAP and SFDC.Part of the work scope is also to serve as functional consultant for the integration of interfaces between SAP and SFDC.

Managed the project and operations of Salesforce and e-Commerce platform (CloudCraze) for the SCCC Group of Companies. 1. Served as functional team leader for the project implementation of the e-Commerce solution for the INSEE Group of Companies.2. Manage the enhancement / business expansion projects for the Salesforce and e-Commerce solution3. Manage the CRM Operations for both Salesforce and e-Commerce solution4. Manage both internal and external resources as part of the operations or project team5. Coordinate with Procurement Department in negotiating licensing contracts with 3rd party vendors6. Served as Development Group Leader to internal and external ABAP Resources to manage ABAP requests and ensure quality of ABAP programs in compliance to both Audit and Functional Requirements encompassing Operations and all SAP Projects across Asia Pacific.Developed and Implemented ABAP Development and Document Standards that has been followed by the whole of APAC Region including the Indian IT Service Center.Consistently maintained Zero Audit Compliance Issue for all APAC ABAP Development and Documentation Processes.Served as Quality Assurance for all ABAP Programs before it is deployed to its target system (SAP ERP, SAP HR, SAP BW) i.e. Quality Assurance System, Production System.Served as Development Group Leader and quality assurance (remotely) for the Holcim India Operations while the IT Service Center is being built.Managed resources supporting other platforms i.e. SAP Enterprise Portal, WEB Development, SAP CRM, SAP Process Integration (SAP PI) in terms of resource management, workload management, over-all delivery of solutions provided to clients.Served as Project Manager for Mobile Solutions project for Holcim Indonesia.Served as Project Manager for a company portal solution for Holcim Services Asia using SAP Enterprise Portal.
