With my graduation assignment, I increased the sales of MommaLuv's baby shower packages, by using events as marketing/sales tool. This way, MommaLuv can give (more) babies a healthy and safe start. Wherever the cradle may be, they provide a package of basic necessities. By filling in the Dutch tradition of maternity gifts in a new way, they are able to provide African mothers with care products, a mosquito net, bath and sleeping bag, among other things.

As a Call Center Agent, I worked on the Covid-19 project. In this role, I scheduled appointments for citizens who wished to be vaccinated against the coronavirus.I asked short but specific questions and scheduled the appointment for the vaccination. It also includes changing and verifying the privacy-sensitive data of the citizen.
