Deckhand Onboard Sailing Vessel "South Sea Vagabond" (60foot)Mainly dolphin charter work and also party cruises locally. Sailed as crew to New Caledonia in 2008 performing night watches including steering and navigation.Other duties involved:- Cleaning and washing down decks- Minor Hull work- Steering and use of radar/gps/auto pilot- Use of VHF radio- Assisting in the galley- Assisting passengers- Engine Servicing

Deckhand onboard small harbour fast ferry running between Tauranga and Mount Maunganui.Duties involved:- Steering, Berthing and handling mooring lines- Selling tickets, cash handling and use of eftpos- Customer service and assisting passengers- Cleaning, washdowns- General maintenance and engine work.

Ship loading and discharging. Mainly handing kiwifruit and logs and variety of bulk cargo.
