Thanks to these interactions, I have been able to perfect my skills in time - management, organization, customer service, communication, and being able to tackle any obstacle; I bring these skills into every aspect of my life. My goal is to obtain a successful career using these skills as Digital marketer or Marketing Coordinator for a large company.While perusing a major in Marketing and a minor in Hispanic Studies I have been able to further develop my skills. Being a full time student and working more than twenty hours a week outside of school, I have been able to perfect the art of time management. I was also able to better my customer service skills in my role of Retail Management Intern at Nordstrom. One of seventeen interns, I worked hard to be in the top three salespeople selling over $40,000 of product in just two months. While at Nordstrom I was also able to be a leader. As a retail management intern I was able to experience acting as the manager of a department, setting the pace for the sales floor, and directly interacting with customers that in turn would show the employees the level of customer service that was expected.
