Like many others, I never set out to be a sales professional. When I half-heartedly took an interview at a boutique recruiting firm shortly after college, little did I know how much of an impact that pivot would be. Sales has been an exciting journey full of twists and turns, always pushing me to learn and improve, and allowing me to carve my own unique path. The dynamic nature of sales means that achieving mutual success never follows the exact same approach, and there's always an opportunity to learn and improve. Blending my enthusiasm for sales with my love of coaching and supporting others has been incredibly rewarding.What lights me up:• Coaching others, recognizing the profound long-term impact of cascading effects• Setting and attaining aspirational goals, as an individual, but especially as part of a team• Finding the "Why" in what we're doing, as even the simplest motivations can fuel perseverance• Bringing my whole self to work, and encouraging others to do the same• A relentless curiosity, as new people, perspectives, subjects, and ideas consistently captivate me• Challenge.
