My Focus as a leader :my overall expertise is to prioritize the customers to be my number one focus at all time, by focusing on their needs first and by making sure that I'm providing them with the best customer service. as a leader my priorities are as fallow:1. Invest in my team:in order to enhance their strengths in a professional level but also in their personal life. 2 .
