Invest in my team:in order to enhance their strengths in a professional level but also in their personal life. 2 . Train and Develop :in order to support their role and maximize their potential on specific areas needed ,by providing them the tools that are necessary to excel , and providing them a Development plan on their opportunities, and measure progress with specific deadlines and providing consistent feedback at the moment .Recognition:2007,2008,2009,2010,2012,2013, platinum performance, Angel's of excellence institute.3. As a leader in order to create and maintain a healthy environment at work it is Important to make sure that your internal customers are happy and that they feel value, by ensuring that as their leader I'm taking the time to recognize every single win, every improvement no matter how minimum it is, a plus is a reason to celebrate and aknowledge those areas , and it is important to share with the team that it is progress.. to show them appreciation, and motivation and to empower them to achieve a much higher level of performance.
