Joined Nedbank's Group Marketing, Communications and Corporate Affairs cluster in 2016 as Internal Communications Manager, and moved to the Group Strategy cluster in 2018 fulfilling the role of Group Strategic Communications Manager.Key responsibilities:Formulate and implement the group's communication strategy, and promote the flow of open and transparent communication among the group’s 27 000 employees.Orchestrate employee communication around organisational themes and key messages and deliver the bank’s narrative.
