Daily recruitment for position thru-out the United States and Mexico for the following positions: Conveyor Installers, Commissioning technician, Site coordinators, Electricians, Welders, Millwrights, Rack Installers, Journeyman, Construction, General Labor, Forklift Drivers, Janitorial and many more. I Review Resumes on a daily basis and post on Websites for open positions. Screening candidates in person only when they are local to California I take care of the i9, and drug test at the office, all my other employees are in different states so I screen over the phone. For out of state candidates I send them the hiring package, schedule them at the nearest Lab Corp for a 10 panel drug test, and enter them in Pan Center so they can complete their i9 in person, run backgrounds with Sterling. Some of my duties are : interviewing, answering phones, following up with Drug screening, Backgrounds, E-verify, missing documents, making sure each candidate has the correct state tax in there file, Entering candidates in the payroll system, Make changes to candidates files, post job on websites, charge of going out mail, visit job sites when they are in California or sometimes travel to other states to recruit, process Direct Hires that are sent from the client and make sure they complete the hiring process in a timely matter . Also help other co-workers with other positions they might have or translate for them. Recruit about 30 employees on a weekly basis.

I would oversee the office staff and on- site’s in the Ontario Branch. In charge of providing staffing needs to 7 current clients. Enter payroll for the Branch on a weekly basis, and also in charge of all discrepancies. Knowledge of Pendulum clock system, running reports, adding and deleting my employee’s, review weekly timecards, send weekly reports to my client. Schedule and conduct weekly meetings with office staff and onsite. Order Monthly supplies for our office and send reminders to staff on a daily and monthly basis. Post ad’s on-line and Review on-line resumes for current openings. Answering phones adding available candidates on availability list, filing, data entry, interviewing and screening candidates for positions. I would recruit for General Labor, Telemarketing, Welding, Forklift, Skilled construction positions and many more. Run Background and E-verify candidates. On-call every other week and one weekend out of the month. Deliver checks to clients every Friday. Delegate to my staff what project need to be done or what positions they need to recruit for. Conduct weekly walk-thru’s for my client in Ontario.
