Collaborate with other departments such as .Net Developer, Sci-Tech and Community Affairs in order to continue enhancing the Aedes program. Read, interpret and use policies, procedures, rules and regulations. Resolve complaints from the public. Manage and direct how to handle sensitive assignments such as Human Cases. Prepare and revise operational maps. Continue with all Vector Control Specialist duties including but not limited to training staff, customer service, documentation, field activities, Service Requests, inspections, treatments, communication with the public, cross training, scheduling appointments, driver, vehicle safety and sample specimens.
