Propose, design, implement, monitor, and report on global public health projects funded through grants and contracts in resource-constrained (low- to middle-income) countries. Oversees the program implementation activities, outputs, and outcomes utilizing tools developed by ASM and other organizations. Ensures quality management towards agreed-upon deliverables, given time and budget constraints for multiple projects and countries. Closely coordinates with department team members, funding partner counterparts, public health stakeholders and partners, consultants, and other ASM departments. Responsible for business development through proposal writing and other internal projects led by the Director.* Maintains responsibility for programmatic activities associated with the ASM-Centers for Disease and Control (CDC) Cooperative Agreement for the Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA) in Ethiopia and Mozambique and the Global Action in Healthcare Network (GAIHN) and the Global AR Laboratory and Response Network (Global AR Lab & Response Network) in Brazil and Mexico to combat COVID-19, antimicrobial resistance, and other global public health threats.
