Employees are following company policies. Count and balance out the safe, balance out each register. Handle each customer question with care and provide best customer service to ensure that they will come back.

Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas. Cleanor sanitize work areas, utensils, equipment, service or seating areas. Check temperatures of freezers,refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning. Describe menu items to customers or suggestproducts that might appeal to them.Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products. Provide customers with product details, such as coffeeblend or preparation descriptions. Receive and process customer payments. Set up or restock product displays.

Assist in the quick and efficient checkout service of customers by helping to unload grocery items onto check stands, bagging groceries, and providing carry out service. Conduct price checks, take “return” products back to proper shelf locations, and help maintain store shelves by cleaning and fronting products. Gather shopping carts from parking lots, sweep and mop floors, assist in the prompt clean up of spills and other general housekeeping duties.

Diagnose computer problems, monitor computer processing systems, install software and perform tests on computer equipment and programs.
