• Research ESL courses for each of our locations to enhance employee learning and growth• Full cycle recruiting from screening resumes to conducting interviews and making an offer• Respond to social media comments and messages on Facebook about recruitment and hiring details• Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees biweekly • Create payroll procedures for future interns and current employees• Utilized HRIS for employee maintenance such as new hires, terminations, pay changes, and direct deposit• Verified monthly insurance eligibility for ACA compliance and send out enrollment packets• Select random drug testing participants for all companies and administer saliva drug tests• Process unemployment and employment verification according to company policy• Manage birthday and anniversary reminders for employees• Conduct employee relations investigations and provide additional translation support for interviews• Translate English documents into Spanish to better assist employees on job sites• Collect data from employee surveys to evaluate company satisfaction
