I also hold logistics calls to finalize details for each event and train speakers on how to use our virtual platform for our online events.Once the events are over, I track statistics for attendance, handle communication with attendees and no-shows via email, I also share post event information to our internal stakeholders on events stats and overall performance, post on-demand online events recordings and tally expenses derived from each event as well storing and uploading all documentation in shared location.I am in charge of the exhibit assets and promo items inventory and relationship with our storage provider for these in Americas.I support sales enablement while interacting with MSCI´s Client Coverage, Research and Product management teams. -
