Mi labor consiste en asesorar y acompañar a los clientes en sus procesos de internacionalización, liderado equipos multidisciplinarios y he gestionando proyectos de importación y exportación para clientes nacionales e internacionales, desempeñando las siguientes actividades:- Coordinar y supervisar las operaciones de comercio exterior de los clientes asignados- Identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización de los procesos y recursos- Gestionar trámites y regímenes legales, aduaneros, logísticos y financieros relacionados con las operaciones de exportación e importación.- Negociar con proveedores, clientes y organismos internacionales.- Seguimiento y evaluación de los resultados y el impacto de las acciones de comercio exterior.- Asesorar a empresas y organizaciones en temas de comercio internacional, como normativa aduanera, aranceles, tratados comerciales, logística, transporte, oportunidades y requisitos del comercio exterior.- Realizar estudios de mercado, análisis de competencia, evaluación de riesgos y oportunidades de negocio para los clientes.- Diseñar e implementar estrategias de exportación e importación, negociación con proveedores y clientes, gestión de documentación y trámites legales.- Coordinar y supervisar el cumplimiento de los requisitos técnicos, sanitarios, ambientales y de calidad de los productos y servicios comercializados.- Brindar capacitación y asesoramiento a los equipos de trabajo de los clientes en materia de comercio exterior, normas internacionales, cultura y protocolo empresarial.- Gestión de trámites y registros ante la FDA y el FCE para la exportación exitosa de productos a los EEUU.

Cocoa trading company.I managed the import and export processes of the company, ensuring accuracy and fidelity of the documents and channeled the payments logistics and dispatch of goods. I made reports of the commercial potential of the target markets for the exports of the company. I formulate and analyzed the cost structure of the export products of current and future products. I formulate the strategic plan of international sales, identify potential international clients and make presentations and exhibitions before the purchase departments and import managers of the buying companies. I represented the company at national and international events and other promotional activities.

State financial institution dedicated to finance and promote non-traditional exports.I develop and implement plans to attract exporters and companies with export potential. I advised potential customers regarding financial products and services of international promotion. I evaluated the technical and financial viability of credit applications and proposed projects. I supported entrepreneurs in developing applications and project documentation. I analyzed, prepare and submit to the authorities for approval the requests for fundings and made monitoring processes. I represented the institution at national and international events to promote all the products of the bank and the product of the venezuelan exporters. I developed and calculated the KPI's of Financial Management and monthly, quarterly and annual reports. I support in the implementation and management of documentary credits with correspondent banks.

Gained and helped existing and potential export clients through business engineering including the financial and non-financial needs assessment. Analyzed, compiled and presented financing requests for approval. Promoted the bank’s financial products to companies, chambers, embassies and events related with the institution both nationally and locally.

Wrote a diagnostic report about credit lines given to financial institutions abroad, decreasing the bank’s contingency liabilities in 14%. Followed up on and updated the international banking records in order to comply with the current norm and diminished the risk of non-compliance in the eyes of the supervising entity.

Coordinated the delivery of the workshop “Development of the Cocoa Exporting Capacity” in the Proyecto Paria Foundation in Río Caribe, Sucre state, Venezuela, for 32 attendees, all representing existing and potential exporting companies. Prepared and facilitated a training course about the Agreements and Conventions subscribed to by the RBV in commercial matters, for a total of 30 attendees including bank staff and existing and potential clients. Evaluated and followed up on 7 of the 14 National and International Cooperation Agreements currently subscribed and to be subscribed by the institution in the future. Evaluated and followed up on the functioning of the commercial sections created within the frame of the Convention MRE-MPC-BANCOEX.Participated in the bilingual negotiation and subscription of the Understanding Memorandum between BANCOEX and VTB Bank of Russia.

Assembled the data mining of the Venezuelan business sector in a 3 week period which were key in negotiating the tax exemption of imports that helped Venezuela enter MERCOSUR. Analyzed the current Venezuelan legislation against the MERCOSUR legislation in one month to determine how they complemented each other. Coordinated the MERCOSUR Presidential Commission meetings.
