I’m a detail-oriented operations and administration professional with training and expertise in Human Resources and organizational management. Throughout my career, I’ve enjoyed branching out across my organizations, to lead projects and initiatives that streamline processes, strengthen organizational operations, build HR frameworks and impact team culture. Currently, I’m employed with MIAX International Holdings, where my work has evolved from supporting our C-suite leaders with their Executive Administrative needs, to overseeing financial reporting and expenses for the organization. I’m also proud to be a founding member of our Environmental Social Governance (ESG) committee, a volunteer team that has been key to analyzing, defining, and implementing MIAX’s HR and policy frameworks as the organization grows. In all of my roles, I have been regularly asked to take on responsibilities that broadly impact our teams and culture. These projects have given me diverse experience and I’m proud that I have been continually recognized for my initiative, as well as my strengths in project management, event planning, and team engagement.I have a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers in Management and Labor Relations, and Certificates in Diversity, and Law in the Workplace. These learnings influence my work daily, and help me promote inclusive and respectful cultures in my workplaces.
