A.C.I. is a governmental entity which works for the Medellin City Hall as its Investment and Cooperation Agency. Also A.C.I manages the international relations of the Mayor and the City.- Coordination of the private consulting group for the city strategy called “Why Medellin”. This group is composed of the most important entrepreneurs of the city and the leaders of the different productive associations of Medellin.- Coordination of the club of Foreign Investment Companies in the city. These companies, already settled in the city, found in the office all the support they need from the City Hall through my service: for their reinvestment plans, public relations, Corporate Social Responsibility programs, among others.- Strengthening the relations with 9 Municipalities near by the city, to create a unified strategy for Foreign Investment Promotion, and to harmonize with National Policies. - Networking and coordination of WAIPA – World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies and other international entities in these matters. Manager the 2nd South America Meeting of Investment Promotion Agencies. - Coordination of the companies who were able to give quality services to the potential investors in the city, facilitating the settlement of them in the city.- Support to the Director of the Agency in VIP attention such as governmental visitors, international journalists, and worldwide leaders - Support the City in international events such as: 50th Anniversary of the Inter-American Development Bank, Free Trade Agreement (FTA) negotiations (Central America and US congressman and journalists), Worldwide Spanish Language Meeting (Visit of the King and Queen of Spain), and Business Trade Fairs visitors, among others.- Support other activities in the agency such as international agenda, national agenda, strategy and planning, reports to Control Entities, international relations, among others.

Support the General Manager- Creation of the commercial department and its activities- Design of the company’s marketing plan (target, differentiation, market strategy).- Creation of Strategic Plan for the company for short, medium and long term. - Coordination of the marketing activities with the advertising company- Clients’ management and negotiations. - Coordination of meeting with partners and strategic allies- Support the General Manager in the business strategy and the operational activities of the company.

Support the Company finance team (internship). - Sales and Management costs tracking and analysis- Forecast reports for decision makers.- Reports: Control chart, Marketing and Sales tracking tool, profit analysis by channel (based in SAP)- Improved suggestions to minimize mistakes and reduce the time for financial reports.
