Administrative duties, such as creating power points, answering phones, emailing, faxing documents, mass mailers, ordering supplies and applications, prospecting for new clients (individuals, Medicare age in and small Groups) taking notes and creating a word documents, scanning group renewal packets, creating spreadsheets for various tasks, keeping clients and groups in order and following up on renewal dates and anything else that needs to be done. Did my own marketing, brochures , pamphlets, meetings, email blasts to current and prospective clients. Did a live TV show on Afghan Areana in Farsi about Medicare 101. Answering phones, taking messages, checking voice-mails every morning, and returning phone calls, scheduling routes, knowing products brands, (i.e Brown Jordan, Tropitone, Winston etc.) Giving customers accurate pricing based on product, helping customers that come in for information or bring in their furniture for refinishing, creating a work order and submitting it for pickup. Getting status checks with shop and relaying it back to the customers. Calling on outstanding work orders regarding payment, colors etc. and collecting payment via Credit Card, Cash or Checks. Following up on orders for Fabrics, checking shop and putting in the order, helping out commercial sales associate with emailing, faxing and calling customer to follow up with orders.

Selling life Insurance, outside sales, visit prospective client homes and do a presentation about Life Insurance and the importance of having one, organizing leads, clients, paperwork, answering phone calls, helping clients with filing of claims, visited and met with referrals from clients. licensed and knowledgeable about life insurance and knowing how to read policies of other companies. As a Supervisor, I had to make sales, hire agents, train, code( helping with their first few sales), and making sure they were successful.

Using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, QuickBooks Pro 2007, Accounts Receivable, coordinated with clients about open invoices, generated and reviewed end-of-day reports, balances and reconciled files, found, investigate and resolve inconsistencies with scheduling of guards, venders with clients based on needs, assisted with reviewing resumes and sitting in on interviews, accounting supervisors spending, fax, used Quickbooks and completed payroll and all other basic and necessary office duties.
