As a Global Account Manager at Infosec, I have the pleasure of speaking with Cybersecurity leaders all across the globe about things like security awareness, technical cybersecurity training, and creating a security oriented culture. Infosec's trainings are helping security teams around the world minimize their risks, while helping organizations keep their employees engaged with continuous professional development opportunities... because cybersecurity professionals deserve it.As we all in the industry know, cybersecurity as an industry needs help. On the one side over 90% of data breaches in 2020 came from a phishing attack, and on the other an increasingly large shortage of skilled workers. With over 600,000 open roles in the US alone right now we need to figure out how to get more people involved in Cybersecurity, and that's not even mentioning the growing skills gap.
