12/2015 to 10/2017 RNO and BSS Engineer for Vala Kosovo• Software replacement from B12.2Ed1.5Qd3 to LR14.3MNCL4 for MFS, 9130 BSCs and TCs; • I worked with TEC team to collect traces for BSC, BTS and MCTRX because after migration the KPIs were degraded. Implementing the new software with all the necessary correction and follow up the KPIs degraded in the previous one.• NodeB and eNodeb integration via WMS/SAM;• Support swap from ALU equipment to Nokia equipment;• Monitoring QoS Indicators using the NetAct Optimizer and offering the solutions for KPIs non-regression;07/2015 to 08/2015 BSS Engineer for Orange Romania• Integration new sites, reconfiguration existing sites 2G/3G/4G based on SingleRAN solution offered by Huawei via M2000.I worked with different type of configuration like G, GU, UL, GUL etc.08/2014 to 06/2015 RNP, RNO and BSS Engineer for Vala Kosovo• Capacity study in order to move some traffic from DCS to GSM. This was mandatory in order to free some channels in DCS band where was introduced the LTE;• Automatic frequency planning using A9955 and based on capacity study;• Clusters optimization to fulfill the acceptance criteria;• Site renovation (2G). The goal was to introduce MC_TRE in MSR mode. The MC_TRE was used in MSR mode for 2G-3G and also for 2G-4G;• Post implementation monitoring after site renovation, troubleshooting any issues identified in this process regarding the QoS;• Optimization activities including: new frequencies, antenna optimization (tilt and eventually azimuth), neighbors planning, logical parameters correction, capacity optimization;• NodeB integration via WMS, eNodeB integration via SAM;• 3G measurements analysis (using Gladiator) and optimization proposal in order to improve the network quality of service (cluster and network optimization);• Implementation of the new features in the network and follow up the KPIs evolution;

03/2014 to 07/2014 Orange Romania Spectrum Translation• The goal for this project was the translation of the DCS channels. Before the translation Orange used one band (from channel 575 to channel 649), after the translation another band (from 662 to 736). My tasks were:• creation of translation using A9955 and PRC Generator;• implementation of translation inside OMC-R using MLU;• post implementation monitoring;01/2014 to 02/2014 BSS Engineer for Vala Kosovo• Software migration from B11Mr3Ed1.1 to B12.2Ed1.5Qd3 for 9120/9130 BSCs and TCs, troubleshooting during and after migration;10/2012 to 12/2013 Orange Romania Spectrum Refarming• The goal of the project was to reduce the spectrum from 2x12.5MHz to 2x10MHz (GSM 900) and to redistribute the channels in DCS band.After the reconfiguration, the 4G was introduced in DCS band. Aircom company was in charge for this refarming.My tasks were:• Clean up OMC-R before starting data collection;• Data collection (data were used to create Interference Matrix) , for this task I used Rotation Tool to perform rotation dummy neighbours every day;• Implementation of new frequency plan received from Aircom inside the OMC-R ( for this I used A9955 and PRC Generator to create one ACIE file with all modifications, this file was loaded inside OMC-R and one MLU was created);• Troubleshooting any issues identified in this process;• Post implementation monitoring;• Frequency planning correction for interfered areas,cell parameters tuning;• Cluster optimization to fulfill the acceptance criteria;
